1. Function Description:

1. Working voltage: 110V or 220V, 50HZ±10%.

2. Output voltage: 24VDC, 110VAC, 220VAC optional.

3. Input signal: 24VDC signal or switch signal.

4. Control time period per group: 2 time periods including delay time and open time.

5. Time unit: Minimum 0.01 second, maximum 1 second. Can be set according to production needs.

6. Manual or automatic control of ejection is available; during manual ejection, single group manual ejection or all groups simultaneous manual ejection is allowed.

2. Panel Description:

1. Display window: GATEDEL window displays delay time, OPEN window displays open time.

GATE1 is the first group, GATE2 is the second group.

2. POWER is the power on/off key.

▲ ▼ are up/down movement keys and digital up/down adjustment keys.

◄ ► are left/right movement and function selection keys.

ENTER is the selection confirmation key.

MODE is the function key.

3. Indicator lights: OPWER indicator flashes to indicate power supply to the chassis; press the POWER key once, the indicator will stay on to indicate that the setting has been activated.

   OPEN indicator lights up to indicate entering manual open state.

   MODE indicator lights up to indicate entering function setting state.

   SIGNAL indicator lights up to indicate input signal received.

   AC220V indicator lights up to indicate output voltage is AC220V.

   DC24V indicator lights up to indicate output voltage is DC24V.

   A indicator lights up to indicate the device is in A control mode.

   B indicator lights up to indicate the device is in B control mode.

3. Control Mode Description and Setting: Control modes are divided into A mode and B mode.

A control mode: After receiving the injection signal, the gate is closed during the delay time; after the (DEL) time elapses, the gate opens and remains open until the injection time signal ends.

B control mode: After receiving the injection signal, the gate remains closed during the delay time; after the delay time (DEL) elapses, the gate opens and closes after the open time (OPEN) elapses.

Setting of A/B control modes:

After power-on, A indicator lights up for A mode, B indicator lights up for B mode.

Convert A mode to B mode: Press and hold MODE key for 3 seconds until MODE indicator lights up, the A indicator of the first group flashes, then press ► key. When B indicator flashes, it is B mode; while flashing, press ▼ key to move to the A indicator of the next group (which flashes), press ► key to make B indicator flash, and press ▼ key to move to the next group, and so on. After setting, press ENTER key to confirm or it will be confirmed automatically after 3 seconds.

4. Time Setting:

1. Minimum control time setting: Minimum control time can be set to 1 second, 0.1 second, 0.01 second.

Setting method: Press any of ▼ ▲ ◄ ► keys once, the number in one display window flashes; at the same time, press and hold MODE key for 3 seconds, GATE DEL displays Un1 and OPEN displays numbers. Press ◄ ► keys to move the decimal point position; after setting to the required position, press ▲ ▼ keys to jump to another group, then press ◄ ► keys to move the decimal point position, and so on.

3. Delay time and open time setting:

    Press any of ▲ ▼ ◄ ► keys once, the time number of one group flashes; then press ▲ ▼ ◄ ► keys to select the time to be modified, press ENTER key to confirm, at this time the number on the right of the time flashes, press ▲ ▼ keys to adjust the number size, press ◄ ► keys to move the decimal point position. Press ENTER key to confirm after setting.

5. Control Time Group Disable and Enable

1. Time disable: Press MODE key for 3 seconds, the B indicator (B mode) or A indicator (A mode) of the first group (GATE) flashes; to disable, press ► key once or press ◄ key twice continuously; if no need to disable or already disabled, press ▲ ▼ keys to jump to the time position to be disabled, then press ► key once or press ◄ key twice continuously to disable. After disabling, press ENTER key to confirm or it will be confirmed automatically after 3 seconds.

2. Time enable: Press MODE key for 3 seconds, the time indicator of the first group flashes; to enable, press ◄ key once or press ► key twice continuously. After enabling, press ENTER key to confirm or it will be confirmed automatically after 3 seconds.

6. Manual Control of Valves:

   All valves can be opened simultaneously or single group valve can be opened.

1. Open all valves simultaneously: Press and hold OPEN key to open all valves, release to close.

2. Open single group valve: Press any of ▲ ▼ ◄ ► keys once, the time number of one group flashes; press ▲ ▼ keys to jump to the time position of the valve to be tested, then press OPEN key to open the valve of this group.
