180℃ Oil Temperature Controller
Features
1. This device is an extremely simplified mold temperature controller integrating heating device, cooling device, medium circulation device and controller, with small volume and space-saving.
2. High-pressure and large-flow oil pump is adopted to ensure large flow in the small parts of the mold oil channel, which can control the mold temperature uniformly.
3. All pipelines and accessories are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and all inlets are sealed with high-temperature sealant, featuring good sealing performance and long service life.
5. The heat medium of this model of temperature controller is oil, with a maximum control temperature of 180℃
6. The control part fully utilizes microcomputer and is equipped with the latest special controller with scheduled start, stop operation and alarm functions. The machine adopts PID control mode and contactless SSR solid state relay for heating power supply, which can realize high-precision temperature control and long service life, with digital temperature setting and display values. In addition, it is equipped with standard timer operation (99 hours 59 minutes). The substrate is equipped with remote control start/stop input contacts and comprehensive alarm output contacts.
7. The main power switch of this equipment has interlocking function, that is, when the temperature rise of the temperature controller is out of control and exceeds 190℃, the main switch will receive a signal and trip off automatically.
8. It has oil pipe rupture shutdown function, that is, when the oil pipe ruptures, the equipment oil pump stops running and the heater stops heating.
Alarm Protection Functions:
1. Phase reversal alarm.
2. Medium (oil) shortage alarm
3. Overload alarm.
4. Over-temperature alarm and power-off protection.
5. Low-temperature alarm.
6. Oil pipe rupture protection function
