The YK-Z temperature controller adopts soft start with a microcomputer processing chip, enabling more precise temperature control. Especially for multi-point temperature control, it can significantly reduce costs. The number of segments ranges from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 128.
The YK-Z temperature controller uses PIDD or PID control modes, either of which can be selected. PIDD is an internationally advanced temperature control technology that not only controls temperature accurately but also extends the service life of heaters by 30%. The temperature unit can be adjusted between ℃ and ℉; the temperature sensing wire (thermocouple) type can be adjusted between J type and K type.
Synchronous heating function: the temperature controller automatically adjusts the output power to make the temperature of the hot runner nozzle and manifold rise to the set temperature simultaneously. After reaching the set temperature, the temperature controller will give an alarm prompt indicating "Heating OK", allowing immediate production to avoid plastic burning.
