The YK-Z temperature controller adopts soft start with microcomputer processing chip, enabling more precise temperature control. Especially for multi-point temperature control, it can significantly reduce costs. The number of segments ranges from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 128.
The YK-Z temperature controller uses PIDD or PID control mode, either of which can be selected. PIDD is an internationally advanced temperature control technology that not only controls temperature accurately but also extends the service life of heaters by 30%. The temperature unit can be adjusted between ℃ and ℉; the type of temperature sensing wire (thermocouple) can be adjusted between J type and K type.
Synchronous heating function: the temperature controller automatically adjusts the output power to make the temperature of the hot runner nozzle and manifold reach the set temperature simultaneously. After the temperature is reached, the temperature controller will give an alarm prompt indicating heating OK, and production can start immediately to avoid plastic burning.

1. Integration: The temperature controller and time sequence controller are integrated into one unit, with small size and multiple control points. The temperature controller can have up to 128 temperature control points, and the time sequence controller can control up to 12 points.

Easy maintenance: Temperature control cards can be plugged into each other; the display is connected to the temperature controller and other control boards via connectors, facilitating maintenance. When the temperature control box malfunctions, there is no need to send the entire temperature control box back to the manufacturer, only the temperature control card, display or other control boards need to be sent.
7. High intelligence: Accurate temperature measurement, stable temperature control, with synchronous heating function, alarm reminder when the set temperature is reached to avoid burning raw materials.
