The YK-Z temperature controller adopts soft start with microcomputer processing chip, enabling more precise temperature control. Especially for multi-point temperature control, it can greatly reduce costs. The number of segments ranges from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 128.

The YK-Z temperature controller uses PIDD or PID control mode, either of which can be selected. PIDD is an internationally advanced temperature control technology that not only controls temperature accurately but also extends the service life of heaters by 30%. The temperature unit can be switched between ℃ and ℉; the temperature sensing wire (thermocouple) type can be switched between J type and K type.

Synchronous heating function: the temperature controller automatically adjusts the output power to make the temperature of hot runner nozzles and manifold reach the set temperature simultaneously. After reaching the set temperature, the temperature controller will alarm to indicate heating OK, allowing immediate production to avoid plastic burning.

Applicable power supply voltage: three-phase 380V or three-phase 200V

Main Features:

1. Integration: The temperature controller and time sequence controller are integrated into one unit, with small volume and multiple control points. The temperature controller can have up to 128 temperature control points, and the time sequence controller can control up to 12 points.

2. Unique design, aesthetic and practical: The color screen display is like a small laptop computer, which can be flipped open or closed to avoid collision damage.

3. Convenient and quick operation: Temperatures can be set all at once or in segments; temperature units or temperature sensing wire types can be set all at once;

4. Mold parameter storage function: It can store the names and parameters of 10 sets of mold hot runners for easy copying and use in subsequent production. 

5. Alarm content storage function for checking and troubleshooting alarm causes. 

6. Easy maintenance: Temperature control cards are pluggable; the display is connected to the temperature controller and other control boards via connectors, facilitating maintenance. When the temperature control cabinet malfunctions, there is no need to send the entire cabinet back to the manufacturer, only the temperature control card, display, or other control boards need to be sent.

7. High intelligence: Accurate temperature measurement, stable temperature control, synchronous heating function, and alarm reminder when reaching the set temperature to avoid raw material burning.

8. Multiple alarm protection functions, good stability, low failure rate, and long service life.
