TMS-002 Time Sequence Controller Function Description
Main Features
1. Working power supply voltage: 110VAC—240VAC, frequency 50HZ—60HZ
2. Control mode: manual control or automatic control
3. Control time period is divided into 4 segments, namely T1, T2, T3, T4. T1 is the first gate opening time, T2 is the first gate delayed opening time, T3 is the second gate opening time, T4 is the second gate delayed opening time.
4. Time adjustment range: 0—999.9S
5. Input signal: 220VAC, 110VAC, 24VDC (i.e. injection molding machine injection output) signal and switch signal are optional. The signal lines have no positive/negative poles or neutral/live wires, and can be connected arbitrarily.
6. Output control voltage: 220VAC, 110VAC, 24VDC optional.
7. Output control: air valve
8. Working mode: Mode A or Mode B optional, Mode B is commonly used and set as default at factory.
Mode A: Starts working after receiving the input signal. If the set time of t1, t2, t3, t4 is not completed and the input signal is disconnected, the time controller will continue to work until t1, t2, t3, t4 are completed;
Mode B: Starts working after receiving the input signal. When the input signal is disconnected, even if the set time of t1, t2, t3, t4 is not completed, the time controller will stop working.
