The function of a heater
1. Used for high-temperature heating of injection components in the plastics industry, this product is made of enclosed stainless steel, effectively preventing damage from glue leakage. The temperature is absolutely ideal for the user, and the product has a long service life and is not easily burned out.
2. Performance advantages of the electric heating coil: This product boasts flexible installation, rapid heat transfer, excellent insulation, and is not limited by model or size specifications in production.
3. Shell material: CrNi steel.
◆ Internal insulation material: Highly compressed magnesium oxide.
◆ After being tempered, the heating wire can be wound into various shapes.
◆Fully heat the contact area for the most efficient heat conduction.
◆ Excellent insulation effect and long service life.
◆ Strong resistance to mechanical impact.
◆ Good quality and low thermal inertia.
◆ The operating temperature can be raised to 700 degrees Celsius (1300 degrees Fahrenheit).
◆ Can be bent into various desired shapes. Built-in thermocouples (Type J and Type K) are optional.
◆10 different cross-sectional shapes to meet various needs.
