YKT-4(8) Function Description

I. Function Description:

1. Working power supply voltage: 110VAC—240VAC. Frequency: 50HZ—60HZ

2. Control mode: Manual control and automatic control optional.

3. Control time period: 2 segments, namely T1 and T2. T1 is gate opening time, T2 is gate delayed opening time.

4. Time adjustment range: 0—999.9S

5. Input signal: 220VAC, 110VAC, 24VDC (i.e. injection molding machine injection output) signal and switch quantity signal optional.

Signal wires have no positive/negative or neutral/live wire distinction, can be connected arbitrarily.

6. Output control voltage: 220VAC, 110VAC, 24VDC optional.

7. Output control: Pneumatic valve or hydraulic valve optional

 8  Working mode: A mode or B mode optional, B mode is commonly used, factory set to B mode.

A mode: Starts working after receiving input signal. If the set time of t1 and t2 is not completed and input signal is disconnected, the time controller will continue working until t1 and t2 are completed;

B mode: Starts working after receiving input signal. When input signal is disconnected, even if the set time of t1 and t2 is not completed, the time controller will stop working.
