Low temperature alarm: Under constant temperature, the actual temperature is below the set temperature 25 ℃, while this alarm is shown.

Set the temperature increases in excess of 25 ℃; 2. temperature controller doesn't work; 3. hot runner heating damage; 4  bad contact of cable.

Hi

High temperature or temperature line disconnect alarm: occurs when the actual temperature is higher than the set temperature is 30 ℃ alarm display. This alarm occurs when the temperature line is disconnected display.

1. Set the temperature lower than 30 ℃ under constant temperature;

2. SCR short circuit;

3. Temperature line is disconnected or cable is poor contact.

Temperature line reverse alarm: when it begins to heat, while the temperature  decreases to 0 ℃, the alarm occurs.

1. Positive (+) and negative (-) of temperature line and positive and negative of temperature table are reversed.

Temperature unit Settings:

Press ▲ key to select the unit of Celsius, showing C, press ▼key to select units of Fahrenheit, displaying F.

Alarm on or off:

Press ▲ key, the alarm turns on, displaying ON; Press ▼ key, the alarm turns off, displaying OFF.

Control mode selection: Press ▲key to select PID mode, press ▼ key to select F2Y mode, usually PID mode.

Low time setting: Press ▲ ▼ key to modify the settings of time, the unit is S, in the range of 0-255S, 240S is generally set.

High temperature time setting: Press ▲ ▼key to modify the settings of time, the unit is S, in the range of 0-80S, 15S is generally set.

Indexing number of sensor selection is J or K : Press ▲key to select J indexing number, displayed as JJ, press ▼key to select K indexing number, displayed as "".

Choose to open or lock the keypad: Press ▼key to select the keyboard open, displaying uLc, press ▲ key to select the keypad lock, displaying Loc.

PV window: it will show the actual measured temperature, serial number of parameters will be displayed in the parameter settings.

SV window: it will display the set temperature and the temperature unit (℃ or ℉), It will display the specific parameters in the parameter settings.

HEAT ▲: The decimal point is shine which indicates normal power light of the heating wire, otherwise it expresses heat wire has no electricity.

%▲: The decimal point is shine which indicates the data is XX%. It will display the operating voltage percentage added on the load in manual mode.

Key description:

“AM” key: soft start, manual or automatic shift switch.

In the soft-start mode, SOFT lights press this key to enter automatic mode, AUTO lights, then press this key to enter manual mode, MAN lights, and then press this key to enter the soft-start mode, SOFT lights.

Turn on the power switch, and the temperature of heating wire is below 120 ℃ or 255 ℉, temperature controller automatically enters soft-start mode SOFT lights, heating wire heated slowly, automatically converted to automatic mode after 4 minutes, AT lights.

In manual mode (MAN lights) starts, the working voltage of heating wire is the seme with XX% voltage of SV display window and maintains the model.

Automatic mode (AUTO lights) starts; the heating wire will increase 100% voltage and maintain the model.

Press the SET key to display XXP showing heating voltage percentage; after pressing the SET key for 3 seconds, it will enter the parameter setting function.

▲▼adjust keys ( up and down):

The automatic mode is used to set the soft start and control the temperature, increase or decrease one degree for each time you press, keeping press and hold will quickly adjust; when it meet the desired temperature, you will release the key and the set value of temperature will be automatically saved;

The manual mode is used to set the voltage percentage applied to the heating wire;

The parameter setting function is used to modify parameter settings.

SET: Set function key

ON / OFF power switch: press once, the power turns on; press twice, the power turns off.
