Characteristics
1. This device is a extremely simplified CTA integrated with heating unit, media circulating device and control panel, which reduces installation area and saves space.
2. It can handle a great heat load produced by mold due to adopting direct cooling way.
3. The adoption of water pump with high pressure and mass flow makes small part of mold waterway obtained a larger flow and can evenly control the temperature of mold.
4. All pipes and fittings are SUS304 stainless steel, and all interfaces are sealed by high temperature sealant of good sealing performance and long service life.
5. The thermal media of this mold temperature machine is water, and the maximum control temperature is 90℃.
6. The control part makes full use of the microcomputer, equipped with the latest special controller with the function of appointment start, stop operation and alarm.
The machine adopts PID control mode, non-contact SSR solid-state relay power supply heating is of high-precision temperature control and long service life, and the temperature setting and display value is digital. In addition, a standard timer runs (99.59 hours). Substrate is of remote control start and stop input contacts and integrated alarm output contacts.
7. The main power switch of this device has a linkage function, that is, when the temperature rise of the mold temperature controller exceeds 95℃, the main switch will receive a signal and the automatic trip will be disconnected.
8. This device has high voltage protection to prevent explosion due to high internal pressure.
