Features
1. This water temperature machine is a kind of mold temperature machine, which is rather compact and tiny. The machine integrates heating device, cooling device, media cycle device and dual-temperature machine.
2. Since this machine is able to directly cool down, so that it can deal with the large quantity of thermal load given out by the molds.
3. This machine uses a Oil pump with high pressure and large flowrate, so that the narrow waterway of the mold is able to get large flowrate, which makes the machine control the temperature evenly.
4. All pipes and components are made of stainless steel (SUS304), all interfaces are sealed by high temperature sealant; so that the sealing is rather good and the service life is to be longer.
5. The hot oil of this mold temperature machine is water, whose highest control temperature is 350℃.
6. Microcomputer is used for the control, where there is equipped with a newest controller having the functions of appointment start-up, operation shutdown and alarming. PID control is used, non-contact SSR solid-state relay is used for heating. In this case, the machine is able to have a highly accurate temperature control and long service life. What’s more, the temperature set and display is in the way of numbers. Additionally, a standard timer (99 hours and 59 minutes) is equipped. Remote control via basal plate is available, which is able to start or stop input connections and trigger alarming output connections.
7. The power master switch of this machine has the function of interlock. That is when the heat loss is more than 370℃, the master switch will get a signal to disconnect automatically.
8. The machine has the function of high pressure protection, by which the explosion caused by high pressure inside will be avoided.

1. Anti-phase alarm.
2. Alarm of insufficient media (water).
3. Alarm of overload.
4. Over temperature alarm and power-off protection.
5. Low temperature alarm.
6. High pressure protection.
