Function:
1.The YK-Z Temperature Controllor adopts the PIDD or PID control mode, and both of those two modes are temperature control technology;
2.Such technology not only can control the temperature accurately but also can expand the service life of the heater by 30%.
3.The temperature unit ℃ or ℉ is adjustable;
4.The type of temperature line(Thermocouple) Type J or Type K is adjustable.
5.With the preheating dehumidification function, when the temperature of the hot runner is lower than 105°C, preheating and dehumidifying can prevent the heater from being damaged due to mold regain, thereby prolonging the service life of the heater. When the temperature of all points of the hot runner is higher than 105°C, the thermostat will automatically cancel the preheating dehumidification function. If any point is higher than 105°C, some is lower than 105°C, high heat is stopped, low temperature is increased to 105°C and heating is continued after the temperature exceeds the preheating dehumidification time. The user can set the preheating dehumidification time according to the mold usage conditions or the degree of air humidity, generally set to 3 minutes. If the mold is dry, in order to speed up the heating rate, it is set to 0 minutes, that is, to cancel the preheating dehumidification function. (Please see page 5 for details). If it is set to 3 minutes, the hot runner temperature is lower than 105°C. After power on, all the temperature control point output ratio is 30%. The nozzle rises quickly, and the manifold heats up slowly. When the nozzle rises to 105°C, it will remain. 105 °C, wait for the manifold to heat up, until the manifold rises to 105 °C, and then maintain uniform temperature of 105 °C for 3 minutes to continue to heat up,
6.This function can avoid the loss of temperature due to the rapid heating of the nozzle and the decomposition, carbonization and modification of raw materials. The heating characteristic of this function is that when the temperature rises to the setting temperature (that is below the setting temperature of 50 C), the temperature is kept at this temperature until the temperature is raised to the low temperature point, until the temperature is raised to this temperature and the parameters of P, I and D are set after the temperature is kept for 1-5 minutes, and then the temperature is kept at the set temperature of + 1. Aging or heater power is not enough and other conditions cause the point setting temperature is unstable, at this time the temperature controller can not set the appropriate parameters of P, I, D, and other heating points will keep the setting temperature not heating up. At this time, the stabilizer can be restarted or the temperature points are found on the display panel, and then the parameters of P, I and D are set manually. For example, set the temperature to 230 degrees and set the temperature at 170 C.
7. The fault alarm stops the temperature rise function, that is, when the thermostat or the hot runner fails, all points stop heating so as not to burn the raw material and the heater.
8. The temperature rise reaches the set temperature alarm, that is, when the temperature rises to the set temperature, the thermostat will warn the operator that it can be produced (the display shows “TEMP-UP....OK”), avoiding high temperature for a long time Burned raw materials without production.

There is not need to send the whole temperature control box back to the manufacturer in case of any failures occuring in the temperature control box; it only needs to send the temperature control card, display or other control panels back.
5.High intelligence: it has the advantages of accurate temperature measuring and stable temperature control; in addition, it has the synchronous heating function, which could give the alarm in case of reaching the setting temperature to protect the raw material from burnout.
6. If it sets the dedicaed protective device in the Three-Phrase Four-Wire Power Supply, it will start the automatic protection in case of lacking of zero line or fire wire or connecting the zero line or fire wire in the wrong position to protect the accessories from any adamages.
